| Important Information |
- Clinic and race registrations are non-refundable, non-deferrable, and non-transferable
- No make-up sessions or refunds for missed clinic weeks
- Event runs rain or shine; cancellations only in extreme conditions
- No refunds due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
- Waiver must be completed prior to clinic participation and racing
- Race bibs must be worn on the front and visible at all times
- Strollers and pets are not permitted in the 5KM race
- Headphones discouraged (one earbud recommended if used)
- Open to all fitness levels; no prior trail running experience required
